Qualifications

• Minimum of Associates or Bachelor's degree, or certification in web development and administration, digital media design, graphic design, or a communications related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience managing large-scale websites, preferably in education or public-sector.
• Advanced proficiency administering a major CMS (Finalsite or similar) and strong HTML/CSS/JS skills.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and usability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the district's CMS and public web environment, including district and school sites.
• Lead planning, design, testing, deployment and ongoing improvements of web properties.
• Maintain governance standards for content ownership, accessibility, privacy and content lifecycle.
• Coordinate multilingual content and translation workflows for equitable access.
• Provide leadership in emergencies and time-sensitive communications.
