Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie Company, is seeking a Customer Experience Representative I for the CX Loyalty, Web Services team in Austin, TX. You will support physicians, nurses, and administrative staff with site navigation, account migrations, and onboarding to our Direct and brand portal platforms.

You will represent the customer in interactions with IT, ensure timely resolutions, and help maximize value across all Allergan eCommerce sites, with a strong focus on service quality and

Responsibilities

• Provision doctors and staff to use Direct and act as first point of contact for technical support requests from Allergan Aesthetics Sales Representatives
• Assist field reps with onboarding and registration for our eCommerce platform
• Provide ongoing support for eCommerce questions and issues for physicians and staff
• Communicate clearly with end users about issue status, resolutions, and timelines
• Escalate complex issues to IT and follow SOPs and security/compliance requirements
