Ignite Visibility is seeking a Web Project Manager for remote, full-time work overseeing complex website and digital projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across web development, design, SEO, CRO, analytics, and martech, ensuring on-time delivery and business-aligned outcomes.

We're looking for Project Managers to lead digital experience teams through full-cycle UX/UI, CRO, and web projects. You'll sit in our Project Management Office at the intersection of web development, design, and business strategy—turning complex technical work into clear, on-time outcomes.

About the role:

We're looking to hire a full-time remote Web Project Manager to manage complex website and digital projects from planning through launch. Web development will be your primary focus, but our projects often intersect with SEO, CRO, analytics, martech, UX/design, paid media, CRM, and ecommerce.

We're looking for a hands-on PM with strong technical instincts who enjoys solving problems, getting into the details, and connecting the dots between business goals, technology, and the customer experience. You don't need to be an engineer or an expert in every digital discipline, but you should be comfortable working with technical teams, investigating issues, and learning what you don't know.

Responsibilities:

• Manage web projects from discovery through development, QA, launch, and post-launch.
• Coordinate engineers, designers, QA, SEO, CRO, analytics, and other specialists.
• Translate business and client needs into clear technical requirements and actionable tasks.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and technical blockers and drive them toward resolution.
• Investigate issues involving CMS, tracking, redirects, integrations, forms, analytics, and website functionality before escalating.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and client communication.
• Ensure web projects consider SEO, analytics, accessibility, performance, conversion, and other digital dependencies.
• Manage ecommerce projects, including product data, integrations, and order/customer flows.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in web project management, digital project management, or a related role.
• Experience managing full-cycle website development projects.
• Strong technical understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, integrations, APIs, and web environments.
• Hands-on experience with Webflow, WordPress, Contentful, or a similar CMS.
• Experience with ecommerce and/or order management systems.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, GA4, GTM, browser DevTools, or similar.
• Ability to translate between technical teams, clients, and digital/marketing stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Nice-to-have:

• Agency experience.
• Experience with Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Experience with APIs, ERP/OMS integrations, payment systems, or inventory/fulfillment workflows.
• Background in development, technical BA, implementation, or digital production.
• Experience with SEO, CRO, analytics, or martech.
