What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the planning and implementation of diverse digital projects including websites, online advertising campaigns, social videos, email marketing, mobile applications, and emerging digital platforms across multiple industries
• Defining, managing, and monitoring scope, budget, timeline, and deliverables for digital projects of all sizes, from simple updates to complex multiphase implementations
• Leading multiple digital projects simultaneously while following established processes, methodologies, and best practices
• Effectively communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to align on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Managing day-to-day client relationships for assigned accounts, and serving as primary point of contact
• Providing efficient issue resolution when conflicts arise
• Reviewing project deliverables to ensure high-quality, accurate results that fulfil stated objectives
• Managing project profitability through proper resource allocation, timeline management, and budget oversight
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation including project plans, change requests, status reports, and project retrospectives
• Looking for opportunities to improve processes including furthering efficiencies, implementing new tools, and improving communication internally and with clients
• Other responsibilities as assigned to support agency growth and client success

What's In Your Background

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Three or more years of experience in a digital project management role, preferably in an agency environment
• Comprehensive website project experience, including managing all aspects of the production process: discovery, user experience, creative design, development, quality control, deployment, and maintenance
• High-volume project coordination experience, with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent digital projects
• Client relationship management experience serving as primary point of contact for multiple accounts simultaneously
• Experience with project estimation and budget management across varying projects
• Experience with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.) and ability to adapt approaches based on project needs
• Proficiency with project management tools (Teamwork, Asana, Trello, etc.) and collaborative platforms
• Technical aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.), and Keynote
• Familiarity with graphics applications (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud) a plus
• Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) a plus
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO, Google Analytics, and accessibility standards a plus
