Job summary

The role collaborates with React/Next.js teams and cross-functional partners to embed performance best practices across the lifecycle.

You will audit using Lighthouse, DevTools, WebPageTest, and CrUX, and optimize rendering, bundles, caching, and asset delivery to boost speed and conversions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years frontend engineering experience with 3+ years in web performance optimization.
• Experience with Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools, WebPageTest, PageSpeed Insights, CrUX, RUM, mPulse or Dynatrace.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, collaboration and communication skills.

Position Overview for the WebPerformance Engineer:
