IDR, Inc. is seeking a Digital Web Producer Manager to join a hybrid team in Boston, MA.

The role focuses on developing and maintaining responsive, accessible digital content within a regulated healthcare or higher-education environment, collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality website experiences. You will build Drupal components, templates, and themes, work with strategy, UX, design, and back-end teams, manage code in Git, and translate approved designs into scalable front-end

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional front-end development experience with hands-on Drupal
• WordPress experience; migrations from WordPress to Drupal preferred
• Experience in a regulated healthcare or higher-education environment is a plus
• AWS server environments support is highly desirable

IDR is seeking a Digital Web Producer Manager to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Boston, MA.

This role focuses on developing and maintaining responsive, accessible digital content within a regulated healthcare or higher-education environment, collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality website experiences.

Position Overview for the Digital Web Producer Manager:

• Develop reusable, branded, responsive, and accessible Drupal components and page templates for the web production team.
• Partner with digital strategy, UX, design, web production, and back-end development teams to plan and deliver new website features and functionality.
• Create, review, document, and maintain code in Git repositories and support established testing, release, and deployment processes.
• Translate approved designs and prototypes into scalable, high-quality website layouts, templates, and component-based experiences.
• Develop and customize Drupal themes, Twig templates, front-end components, and presentation-layer integrations.

Requirements for the Digital Web Producer Manager:

• Minimum 2 years of professional front-end development experience, including hands-on experience building or maintaining websites in Drupal.
• Experience supporting WordPress websites and participating in WordPress-to-Drupal migrations preferred.
• Experience in a complex, regulated, healthcare, higher-education, or similarly distributed organization is a plus.
• Support AWS-server environments is highly desirable.
