• Question assumptions, investigate user behavior, and refine hypotheses to inform prioritisation.
• Develop testable hypotheses grounded in quantitative and qualitative insights to drive iterative site improvements.
• Own the testing roadmap, executing A/B and multivariate tests with cross-functional teams.
