Responsibilities include leading coaching events, driving revenue through improved lead conversion, and collaborating with senior leadership to achieve strategic goals and metrics for CB Internet Lead Generation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience converting referrals into opportunities.
• Excellent communication via virtual channels to coach and manage agents remotely.
• Strong public speaking skills for both group and one-on-one sessions.
