Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Relocation Specialist to manage CB Realty Web Lead operations and end-to-end real estate leads and referrals across the enterprise.

You will coordinate assignments, monitor lead activity, resolve issues, and support agents, customers, and partners with timely communication and efficient workflow. A high school diploma and data-entry proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years in a customer-centric environment with administrative responsibilities.
• Experience in relocation or real estate is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interactions at all levels.
• Flexibility to work shifts across time zones and weekends.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Referral management for web leads and referrals, including qualification and assignment.
• Review and route leads to the most appropriate agents.
• Maintain data entry and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Coordinate transactions and ensure timely closing communications.
• Monitor lead activity and follow up on overdue items.
• Support agents, customers, and internal stakeholders with issue resolution.
