Qualifications

• Professional image and ability to collaborate with others

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of company websites and web applications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for current, visually appealing content.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web functionality and hosting.
• Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and IT equipment.
• Assist with account setup, password resets, and access permissions.
• Document IT issues and resolutions through the ticketing system.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory.
• Assist in setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers and networks.
