We’re growing and looking for an experienced Level 2/3 IT Support Technician to join our team.
This is not an entry‑level help desk position. We’re looking for someone with a strong technical foundation who is comfortable troubleshooting complex issues, managing business‑critical systems, working independently, and communicating directly with clients.
In this role, you’ll work across a variety of client environments and technologies, including:
We’re looking for someone who has at least 5 years of professional IT experience, preferably with experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
A strong candidate will have hands‑on experience with:
MSP experience is highly preferred. You should be comfortable moving between different client environments, managing competing priorities and documenting your work thoroughly.
