Job summary

RealWork is looking for a Website Implementation Specialist to launch contractor websites on our Duda-based templates. You will convert brand, jobs, and service data into fast, SEO- and GEO-optimized pages that win local work for clients.

You’ll refine AI-generated copy, ensure on-brand voice, and perform light HTML/CSS customization to deliver polished sites. A strong portfolio and design eye are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of website building experience with a portfolio of live sites.
• Strong reading/writing of HTML and CSS; able to debug without hand-holding.
• Experience configuring DNS records and guiding clients through registrar changes.
• Hands-on experience with at least one website builder or CMS (Duda, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Framer, or similar).
• Solid understanding of SEO basics: page structure, metadata, schema, content hierarchy.
• Familiarity with local SEO concepts: Google Business Profile, service-area targeting, NAP consistency.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch contractor websites on RealWork templates with layouts, modules, and content.
• Review and edit AI-generated page copy to ensure a distinct voice and point of view.
• Perform light HTML/CSS customization to deliver on-brand results.
• Apply SEO and GEO best practices across pages and profiles.
• Exercise design judgment on typography, layout, imagery, and overall polish.
• Collaborate with Activation and Customer Success to launch sites on schedule.
• QA sites for performance, accessibility, and content accuracy before launch.
• Suggest template improvements based on patterns and feedback.
