Job summary

OU Health seeks a Manager, Website (Analytics & SEO) to lead the digital growth of OUHealth.com, align enterprise tech with marketing goals, and drive a data-driven patient acquisition engine. You will head an internal web team, coordinate CRM, analytics, and content systems, and collaborate across the organization to enhance access and brand affinity.

You will partner with Marketing, ETS, and clinical operations to deliver high-quality, compliant digital experiences and a frictionless patient

Qualifications

• Education required in Marketing, Communications, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years in digital marketing, patient acquisition, or digital product management with 3+ years leading web/consumer initiatives in healthcare or regulated industry.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, architecture, and execution of OUHealth.com including UX and integrations.
• Develop a consumer technology roadmap with Salesforce, CRM, analytics, and marketing automation.
• Direct a team to deliver high-performing on-brand web experiences.
• Align web functionality with scheduling, access, and digital front-door initiatives.
• Oversee analytics dashboards and KPI reporting to inform optimization and growth.
• Maintain governance for content performance, accessibility, and compliance (HIPAA, ADA, SEO).
• Manage vendor relationships for web or martech projects.
• Drive adoption of digital tools to improve access (online scheduling, Find a Provider, virtual care).
• Serve as liaison between Marketing and ETS on enterprise digital strategy.
