Job summary

OU Health is seeking a Web Specialist to lead patient acquisition through advanced web and martech integrations. You will own the OUHealth.com CMS (AEM/Drupal/Sitecore or equivalent) and configure integrations with Salesforce and marketing automation, developing data connections for analytics and dashboards.

Collaborate with content and UX teams to translate marketing goals into functional web solutions, focusing on SEO, accessibility, and performance in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Level I: No experience required.
Level II: At least 3 years of website/martech integrations experience.
Level III: At least 5 years in web development & martech integrations; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Build, manage, and optimize the OUHealth.com CMS and components.
Configure integrations between web platforms, Salesforce, and marketing automation.
Develop data connections for analytics, conversion tracking, and dashboards.
Support SEO, site speed, accessibility, and schema optimization.
Troubleshoot issues across the web ecosystem and implement testing/personalization.
