Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie in Plano, TX seeks a Web & Ecommerce Project Manager to drive end-to-end digital initiatives across the company website and customer portal. You’ll partner with IT, agencies, and stakeholders to define and deliver high-quality outcomes.

You’ll own the execution process, help shape delivery practices, and support up-front intake analysis to inform PRD evolution. This is a hands-on, impact‑driven role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management for web/ecommerce/digital platforms.
• Strong experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Hybrid Agile / waterfall delivery experience.
• Partner with IT, development teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Translate requirements without deep technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of web/ecommerce initiatives from intake to delivery.
• Lead day-to-day project activities including planning, tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Run daily standups and delivery rituals in a hybrid Scrum/waterfall environment.
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality expectations are met to support platform stability.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs; escalate to leadership when appropriate.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and actuals; flag variances or risks.
