Job summary

Turn5, Inc. is seeking an E-commerce Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end technical ecommerce initiatives across brands like AmericanMuscle.com, ExtremeTerrain.com, and AmericanTrucks.com.

You will collaborate with E-commerce, IT, Research, UX, and Development teams to define scope, timelines, and success metrics, delivering improvements in customer experiences and conversion rates. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, capable of translating business

Qualifications

• 3-5 years working with business and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with software and web development.
• Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Direct experience with ecommerce platforms and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical e-commerce projects from scoping to delivery.
• Coordinate across development, IT, product, and UX/design to ensure on-time delivery.
• Document requirements and user stories with clarity.
• Identify blockers early and resolve them through cross-functional alignment.
• Define success metrics with stakeholders and track post-launch performance.
• Translate business needs into actionable roadmaps across teams.
• Maintain timelines, dependencies, and risk assessments for transparency.
• Prioritize backlog with Product Owner, analysts, and manager based on data insights.
• Contribute to A/B testing strategy and feed learnings into development cycle.
