Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience using WordPress or a similar CMS.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms; Pardot is a plus.
• Strategic mindset linking digital activities to business goals.
• Knowledge of technical SEO, site analytics, and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day WordPress management, content updates, and landing pages.
• Monitor technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, redirects, metadata, structured data, and site performance.
• Manage QA, accessibility, and device-wide functionality.
• Analyze website performance to improve search visibility, UX, and conversions.
• Execute email campaigns in Salesforce Account Engagement and optimize nurture tracks.
• Develop recurring marketing analytics reports and actionable insights.
• Administer Salesforce Account Engagement and other marketing systems.
