Job summary

Worldwide Sourcing Group is seeking a versatile in-house Digital Marketing & Web Specialist to design, maintain WordPress sites, create assets, and drive email campaigns using Constant Contact.

You will optimize Google listings, apply SEO best practices, and analyze performance across channels to improve organic traffic and engagement. Collaboration across teams and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience with WordPress, graphic design, and email marketing platforms like Constant Contact.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and experience working collaboratively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain multiple company websites using WordPress, ensuring branding alignment.
• Create engaging, brand-consistent graphic content for websites and digital marketing materials.
• Oversee and optimize nationwide Google listings to reflect the business accurately.
• Manage email campaigns using Constant Contact, including newsletters, segmentation, and analytics.
• Apply SEO best practices to enhance organic traffic and rankings.
• Analyze performance metrics across digital platforms and implement improvements.
• Troubleshoot website performance, deliverability, or listing issues.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in web design, digital marketing, and SEO.
