Fire Safety Research Institute (FSRI)

UL’s FSRI advances fire safety knowledge to address global fire safety risks through research, outreach, and education, sharing insights to promote fire-safe decisions that save lives and property.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and publish content on digital properties, ensuring timely updates.
• Support responsive design implementation for various devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including bugs and performance concerns.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to meet project expectations.
• Research web technologies and trends to enhance website performance.
• Provide administrative support, including documentation and asset organization.
• Respond to user issues via Help Desk, tracking and resolving tickets.
• Manage content through all web delivery phases, SEO activities, QA, performance reviews, and updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
