Qualifications

• Experience with accessibility testing and complex issue analysis.

• Experience with Section 508, WCAG 2.1 AA, and FAR 39.2 standards.
• Proficiency with assistive technologies: JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, ZoomText.
• UI design and development experience with accessibility focus.
• UX design principles focused on accessibility; familiarity with Figma and Adobe XO.
• Ability to integrate accessibility into every SDLC phase: requirements to deployment.
• Experience coordinating between design, engineering and product stakeholders.
• Experience reviewing/auditing digital products for accessibility compliance.
• Ability to train teams on accessibility standards and best practices.
