Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with accessibility testing and remediation.

• Experience with assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver).
• UI/UX design and development with accessibility focus.

• Ability to train teams on accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ICT products meet accessibility standards throughout SDLC.
• Review designs for typography, contrast, screen reader logic, and responsive layouts.
• Define accessibility guidelines for design systems.
• Evaluate wireframes and design systems before handoff.
• Conduct automated and manual accessibility testing.
• Provide remediation specs and pass/fail sign-offs.
• Deliver actionable bug tickets with WCAG criteria.
• Develop a reference architecture for applications.
