Job summary

KeyBank seeks a Web Content Manager to collaborate with stakeholders across Businesses & Institutions to craft an exceptional online experience. You will apply expertise in web content management, analytics, UI design and usability to advance digital marketing goals.

You will determine strategy for landing pages within Key.com, collaborate with internal teams and agencies, and ensure pages meet WC3/ADA standards while aligning with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in web development, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years previous work experience in website management and/or digital marketing field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, relationship management skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to provide insights and recommendations to partners and stakeholders on the best approach to meeting digital marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Reviews web page content, navigation, functionality, look and feel to support internal partners' objectives while complying with standards (WC3/ADA).
• Collaborates with UX, design, project management, marketing technology, analytics, product management and compliance.
• Defines page strategy and requirements for landing pages within Key.com and coordinates updates with Web Content Specialists.
• Determines KPIs and works with analytics to report performance insights to stakeholders.
