Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a Web Content Manager in Brooklyn, OH, to lead content strategy for small business campaigns and manage pages within Adobe Experience Manager. You will collaborate across UX, design, marketing technology, and analytics to optimize online experiences.

The role requires strong HTML, analytics, and project management skills, with a hybrid work model (in-office three days a week) and adherence to accessibility and web standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in web development, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in website management and/or digital marketing.
• Strong HTML knowledge and experience with content management systems, preferably AEM.

Responsibilities

• Determine strategy for web content within Key.com and support small business marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with partners to manage content updates and page strategy for the web presence.
• Review and test pages for compliance, usability, and accessibility (WC3/ADA).
• Produce and interpret web analytics to optimize performance and conversions.
