Job summary

One Alliance North America seeks a Digital Content & Web Specialist to support marketing and sales digital needs. You will manage content across multiple websites, ensure accessibility, and collaborate with Systems developers and external vendors.

Responsibilities include organizing navigation, testing on various devices, and maintaining the Company Store content. A four‑year background in web production and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with strong web development knowledge.
• Minimum four years of professional web content management experience.
• Experience with live content-management systems and multi-website content.

Responsibilities

• Manage content across company websites, microsites, and landing pages.
• Organize navigation, templates, images, documents, links, and calls to action.
• Test sites across devices, OS, and browsers.
• Apply ADA-related accessibility practices and WCAG guidelines.
• Maintain Company Store content and product listings.
• Support Marketing and Sales apps and troubleshoot CMS issues.
• Translate needs into clear technical requirements for developers.
• Maintain publishing schedules and content inventories.
• Perform other duties as required.
