Location: Richmond, VA – Hybrid – 3x on site and 2x remote. Duration: 12 months + possible extension. Pay: $30-35/hr W2.

• Experience with HTML and performing QA for digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure digital messages within internal systems.
• Upload messages into the designated tool.
• Test messages using test accounts prior to deployment.
• Review content for accuracy and identify issues before release.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects or inconsistencies.
• Work with business partners to implement messaging requests.
• Ensure high-quality, error-free message deployments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Platform & HTML Basics:

Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and basic HTML to fix simple layout or text formatting issues.

Multi-Channel Work:

Basic understanding of execution across Email, SMS, Site/App, and Push notifications.

Attention to Detail & QA

Basic Troubleshooting:

Ability to spot and fix simple errors like broken links, image rendering issues, or misaligned text across desktop and mobile.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
