Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Web Content Specialist in Richmond, VA to partner with internal customers, develop and release in-bound digital messages, and ensure high-quality deliverables. You will work in a production-heavy environment, meeting deadlines while providing excellent customer service and collaborating across teams.

The role requires 3+ years in digital messaging, comfort with macOS, CMS, and API testing in Insomnia, with opportunities to grow through data analysis and cross-channel

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital messaging experience
• 1+ years experience using macOS
• Client relationship management – focus on meeting customer needs
• Growth mindset – thrive on challenge and learn from failures
• Detail-oriented – high focus on campaigns with multiple variables
• Ability to multi-task – manage multiple projects in fast-paced env
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and teams
• Resourceful – find answers when not readily available
• Content management system experience – navigating, entering text, uploading images, tagging metadata
• Experience using Google Workspace products (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal customers to develop and execute messaging
• Build, test, and release digital messages to web and mobile banking app
• Apply analytical thinking to target messaging to intended audience
• Use Insomnia to call GET and POST requests to test messaging logic
• Test messages in Web, Xcode, and Android Studio across channels
• Communicate status of projects with teams and stakeholders
• Gather and analyze data from Tableau, Splunk, or other sources
• Follow established team processes and engage in process improvement
