Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing within SJSU’s central University Marketing and Communications (UMC), the Web Content Migration Specialist is dedicated to the one-year sjsu.edu website redesign project. The position will use web tools to audit content at scale and keep the project organized. They will analyze site data to justify content decisions and execute a comprehensive "Keep, Merge, Rewrite, Archive" (ROT) analysis across a 30k-page web ecosystem. This role is also responsible for identifying consolidation opportunities. Alongside a Content Strategist, this position will prioritize content and migration work, track progress and ensure that the website overhaul project meets accelerated timelines.
