Job summary

United Community Action Network (UCAN) in Southern Oregon seeks a Weatherization Coordinator to support program records, coordinate workflows and determine eligibility. You will assist with client information, data entry, invoicing, and scheduling audits and inspections to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliant records and effective communication with staff,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service and public engagement principles.
• Recordkeeping standards and file management for paper and electronic records.
• Basic accounting and invoicing procedures.
• Office administration including correspondence and document preparation.
• Data tracking, reporting requirements and performance metrics.
• Community resources and outreach strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist public in person and by telephone, provide accurate program information and support clients in accessing services.
• Support applicant eligibility determinations and maintain Weatherization waiting list and client data.
• Coordinate and schedule energy audits and inspections under supervision to support production goals.
• Organize and maintain accurate records for each weatherized home per guidelines.
• Perform data entry, document processing and system updates per guidelines.
• Submit invoices and documentation to Program Manager for processing.
• Track program data for reporting and provide information to staff and partners.
• Communicate with contractors, landlords, homeowners, clients, and vendors about progress and documentation.
