Job summary

MAAC is seeking a Weatherization Program Coordinator to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliant billing and documentation across multiple software systems. The role emphasizes lifecycle coordination from intake to billing, with strong focus on data accuracy and funder requirements.

The ideal candidate brings experience in weatherization or energy efficiency and prefers candidates with supervisory background, bilingual English/Spanish, and nonprofit/government exposure.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in relevant field.
• Minimum of three years experience in weatherization, energy efficiency, construction coordination, or grant-funded program operations.
• At least one year lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Non-profit or government agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing readiness and project file documentation for funder compliance.
• Supervise Weatherization Program Specialists and Billing & Accounts Payable Specialists.
• Coordinate daily program operations from intake through assessment, construction, and billing.
• Ensure accuracy of cost data, labor tracking, and material usage across systems.
• Foster a collaborative team culture and ensure timely client file progression.
• Prepare accurate reports and support management with performance updates.

Education

Associate’s degree or higher in public administration, construction management, environmental studies, social services, or a related field.
