Job summary

CAPECO Community Action Program of East Central Oregon in Pendleton, OR, is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the Weatherization program through data analysis, reporting, and program performance monitoring. This in-office, regular full-time role requires cross-team collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, data analysis, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in program analysis, data management, or reporting.
• Experience with Excel and data systems.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and present data clearly.
• Knowledge of Weatherization/ grant-funded programs and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and maintain program data related to production, outcomes, and performance.
• Prepare and submit required reports for federal, state, and funding agencies to leadership.
• Provide internal dashboards and tracking tools for leadership to monitor program progress and trends.
• Ensure data quality and completeness across client files and reporting systems.
