Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/associate degree or higher in a related field and 3+ years’ weatherization/energy efficiency program ops.
• Experience leading staff and coordinating interdepartmental workstreams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Weatherization Program Specialists and/or Billing & Accounts Payable Specialists, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Coordinate daily program operations from intake to billing and reporting.
• Ensure program activities align with timelines and funder requirements.
• Promote program integrity with complete and audit-ready records.
• Support client and partner communication for smooth service delivery.
