Human Resources is seeking a seasoned supervisor for the Weatherization program in Oregon. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff across sites, monitor expenditures, and ensure payroll processes are compliant with funder requirements.

Responsibilities include reporting on performance data, driving process improvements, and coordinating with community partners to meet program goals. Travel to CSC service areas may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, education, public administration or related field.
• At least one year in development, delivery, planning or assessment of related programs.
• Residential construction experience and safety practices required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff and coordinate program components under the Weatherization Manager.
• Monitor expenditures and payroll; assist with budgets and trainings.
• Create, maintain and report on program performance data.
• Lead process improvements to optimize operations and outcomes.
• Foster collaboration with community partners and other agencies.
• Provide services to meet funder requirements and oversee multiple sites.
