Community Action Lehigh Valley in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Weatherization Program Administrator. You will be the organized, detail-oriented hub guiding weatherization and energy-assistance services from intake to enrollment, coordinating audits, inspections, and contractor updates, and ensuring records and reports are accurate and compliant.

This role involves invoice processing support, daily data entry, and occasional evenings or weekends for events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in program administration, client intake, eligibility determination, or a similar service-oriented environment.
• Strong data management skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and customer-service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide weatherization and energy-assistance services from intake to enrollment.
• Schedule audits/inspections and coordinate updates with contractors, utilities, partners and staff.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant records and reports.
• Assist with invoice processing and reconciliations when needed.
