Job summary

Best Choice Roofing is seeking Weather Damage experts / Sales Representatives to respond to warm leads, inspect roofs, guide homeowners through the restoration process, and present funding options. You’ll canvass neighborhoods after storms to generate new business and work as a trusted advisor with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with access to reliable vehicle transportation.
• Capable of utilizing computer and smartphone apps to gather and analyze information.
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection.
• Outdoor work with walking and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• 40 hours of daytime availability weekly, with most Saturdays required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and closing contracts.
• Generate sales leads through canvassing neighborhoods after storm events.
• Travel to areas recently hit by storm damage to identify roof and property damage.
• Inspect roofs and present findings to homeowners (training provided).
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and funding methods.
• Provide estimates and collect payments as required.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters for best outcomes.
• Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication.
