State Farm is seeking a Team Manager for Weather Catastrophe Claims Services (WCCS). You will lead frontline claim personnel, drive hiring, training, coaching, and performance management while ensuring accurate investigations, payments, and expense handling.

The role requires strong leadership, safety awareness, and hands-on use of Xactimate/XactContents, with travel across the U.S. A valid driver’s license is required.

Formación

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Physical agility to climb ladders and navigate roofs for inspections.

• A valid driver’s license; MVR check required.

Responsabilidades

• First-line management of assigned Claim personnel, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management and salary activities.
• Review and control of the operation's claim activities including investigations, claim payments, and adjustment expense payments.
• Coordinating, communicating, and implementing new Company programs, policies, practices, and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, applicable federal/state laws, and legal requirements.
• Promoting development of employees within an inclusive environment.
