Job summary

State Farm is seeking a Weather and Catastrophe Claims Services (WCCS) Claim Specialist to handle homeowners, commercial and large loss claims from natural disasters and weather events, explaining coverage, estimating damages, and guiding insureds through the claims process with Remarkable service. This is a deployable role with extensive travel across the U.S.

and potential relocation at the candidate’s expense.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing roofs and traversing structures.
• Ability to complete Rope and Harness Safety Training (RAST).
• You may be required to obtain a Property and Casualty Adjuster's License where required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle homeowners, commercial and large loss claims from natural disasters and weather events.
• Explain coverage, estimate damages, and guide insureds through the claims process.
• Be the first point of contact to meet with insureds and deliver Remarkable service.
