Job summary

State Farm is seeking a Weather and Catastrophe Claims Services (WCCS) Claim Specialist to handle homeowners, commercial and large loss claims from weather events. This deployable role requires extensive travel across the U.S. and can be onsite or virtual.

You will assess coverage, estimate damages and guide insureds through the claims process with Remarkable service. Qualified candidates will have excellent customer service, physical agility for inspections, and may need a Property and Casualty

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and decision-making skills.
• Physical agility to walk, bend, reach, climb ladders and inspect roofs.
• Ability to complete Rope and Harness Safety Training (RAST).
• You may be required to obtain a Property and Casualty Adjuster's License where required.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact to explain coverage, estimate damages, and guide insureds through the claims process with Remarkable service.
• Handle homeowners, commercial and large loss claims from weather-related events.
• Travel extensively across the U.S. and may work onsite or virtually as needed.
