Job summary

State Farm is seeking a Weather and Catastrophe Claims Services (WCCS) Claim Specialist to handle homeowners, commercial and large loss claims from natural disasters and weather events. You will be the first contact for insureds, explain coverage, estimate damages, and guide them through the claims process with Remarkable service. These deployable roles require extensive travel across the U.S.

and residency in listed states. You may relocate at your own expense.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and decision-making skills.
• Physical agility for site inspections and climbing.
• Ability to complete Rope and Harness Safety Training (RAST).
• May require Property and Casualty Adjuster's License where required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with insureds to explain coverage and estimate damages.
• Guide claimants through the claims process while delivering Remarkable service.
• Handle homeowners, commercial, and large loss claims from weather events.
• Occasionally manage Fire claims within assigned territories or in-office scenarios.
