State Farm is seeking a Weather and Catastrophe Claims Services (WCCS) Claim Specialist to handle homeowners, commercial, and large loss claims from weather events. You will explain coverage, estimate damages, and guide insureds through the claims process with remarkable service. These deployable roles involve extensive travel across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and decision-making skills.
• Physical agility to inspect residential/commercial structures and perform inspections.
• Ability to complete Rope and Harness Safety Training (RAST).
• May need Property & Casualty license in applicable states.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with insureds to explain coverage and estimate damages.
• Guide customers through the claims process with Remarkable service.
• Handle homeowners, commercial, and large loss claims from natural disasters/weather events.
• Occasional Fire claims with assigned territories or in-office support.
• Occasional deployments to various locations with extensive travel.
