Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. seeks an ASSURE Patient Specialist (APS) in Inglewood, CA to support the sales team by fitting wearable defibrillator patients and training staff.

The role requires travel to hospitals and patients' homes, ensuring proper garment sizes, managing kit inventories, and coordinating with prescribers and caregivers. Training and certification are provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year in paid patient care experience
• Clinical or engineering background related to healthcare devices
• Completion of background checks and credentialing requirements
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to travel frequently in the Inglewood/Brownsville TX geography

Responsibilities

• Fit and train local patients with the Assure wearable defibrillator
• Schedule services with prescribers, caregivers and patients
• Travel to hospitals and patient homes for fittings
• Measure patient to determine garment size
• Manage inventory of Assure system kits and garments
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
