Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking an ASSURE Patient Specialist (APS) to conduct patient fittings for wearable defibrillators.

The APS acts as the local patient care representative, trained and certified by Kestra, to fit patients and provide hands-on instruction with confidence. The role requires travel to hospitals and patients' homes, scheduling with prescribers and caregivers, and meticulous handling of paperwork and inventory.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a paid patient care experience (not as a family caregiver).
• Clinical or engineering background as described (nurses, engineers, clinicians).
• Disclosure of personal NPI number (if applicable).
• Background check completed; level 2 in FL and OH where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Fit and train local patients with a wearable defibrillator.
• Contact prescribers, caregivers, and patients to schedule services.
• Travel to hospitals and patient homes to provide fittings.
• Measure patient garments and manage inventory of kits and equipment.
