Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies in Beaumont is seeking a paid per fitting ASSURE Patient Specialist (APS) to support the sales team and Regional Clinical Advisors by fitting and training patients with the ASSURE wearable defibrillator.

The role requires travel, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and the ability to manage inventory and paperwork while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a paid patient care experience (not as a family caregiver).
• Clinical or engineering background (nurses, clinical engineers, PAs, etc.).
• Disclosure of personal NPI number (if applicable).
• Background checks completed (Level 2 in Florida/Ohio).
• Ability to pay for vendor credentialing during probation.
• Experience in patient and/or clinician education.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to travel region for fittings.

Responsibilities

• Fit and train local patients with the ASSURE wearable defibrillator.
• Travel to hospitals, homes, and clinics to provide fittings.
• Measure patients to determine garment size and ensure proper fit.
• Manage inventory of kits, garments and equipment.
• Transmit essential paperwork and maintain confidentiality.
• Work flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends.
