Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. in Seattle, WA seeks an ASSURE Patient Specialist to support the sales organization with wearable defibrillator fittings. The APS will be trained and certified to assist patients, coordinate with prescribers and caregivers, and schedule services.

Travel to hospitals and patients' homes will be required, with flexible daytime/evening hours and competitive pay per fitting. This is a contractor role focused on hands‑on patient care, confidentiality, and adherence

Qualifications

• 1 year in a paid patient care experience (not as a family caregiver).
• Clinical or engineering background including nurses, cardiac device roles, or related tech.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Fit and train local patients with a wearable defibrillator per assignments.
• Provide instruction to Assure patients and instill confidence in care.
• Contact prescribers, caregivers and patients to schedule services.
• Travel to hospitals and patients' homes to provide fittings.
• Measure patient for correct garment size and manage paperwork.
• Maintain inventory of Assure system kits and garments.
