Job summary

Castolin Eutectic is seeking a Wear Solutions Specialist to grow our wear service offerings across mining, power generation, paper & pulp, cement, and steel industries. You will lead market development, provide technical support, and build strong customer relationships with end users and OEMs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in wear solutions, a solid understanding of surface protection, and consultative communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wear solutions experience in mining, power generation, paper & pulp, cement or steel operations.
• Solid understanding of surface protection and wear management solutions.
• Proficiency in communicating with maintenance, engineering and purchasing personnel.

Responsibilities

• Market Development: Drive wear services growth for CDP wearplate, Castotube, LaserClad and related products in targeted strategic accounts (MINING, POWER GENERATION, PAPER & PULP, CEMENT and STEEL).
• Collaborate with Wear Solutions team to provide technical and application support.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored wear solutions.
• Develop messaging for new customer acquisition and existing account expansion.
• Maintain an opportunity pipeline in the CRM.
• Provide technical, design, and product support to customers and assist with proposals/quotations.
• Collaborate across regions to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
