SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our team in Dahlgren, VA. The role requires on-site presence at King George and NSWC Dahlgren, with travel as an option. You will test TTWCS software across configurations and document results.

The position requests an Active Secret Clearance and a BS in a STEM field. You will work with diverse testers and government personnel and may travel occasionally. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• BS in STEM or military operational experience with TTWCS Operation and Maintenance Technician NEC (V20A) or equivalent.
• Experience with lab testing, data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in various configurations in a lab setting.
• Document lab logs and maintain test records; troubleshoot hardware, simulators, and networks.
• Perform data analysis and develop data reduction methods for test procedures.
• Create and modify test procedures and Verify software fixes for CR/PR resolutions.
• Prepare test plans and reports; defend data during technical reviews; communicate results to management.
