Job summary

SimVentions, Inc is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our on-site team in King George, VA, supporting TTWCS software testing in various configurations. The role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance and US citizenship. You will conduct lab testing, troubleshoot hardware, and generate test procedures and reports for multiple builds.

Travel is possible but not required. A Bachelor of Science in a STEM field or military operator experience is required.

Qualifications

B.S. in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics from an accredited university, or equivalent military experience.
Active Secret clearance and US citizenship required to obtain clearance.
Experience testing tactical weapon systems in a lab environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in lab configurations and across builds.
Document lab data and maintain logs; troubleshoot hardware, simulators, and network setups.
Analyze data, develop data extraction and reduction methods for verification.
Verify CR/PR fixes and generate test procedures and verification matrices.
Develop and modify test procedures to verify requirements and system functionality; perform peer reviews.
Communicate testing summaries to management and present at technical reviews; coordinate lab resources and scheduling.
