Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our King George, VA team supporting TTWCS software testing across lab configurations and builds. You will work with testers and government personnel in a collaborative environment and report test results and plans.

The role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance and US citizenship, with a Bachelor's degree in STEM or military operational experience as TTWCS Operator/Technician. Travel is optional; on-site at Dahlgren and King George sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science/engineering or related STEM field, or equivalent military ops experience.
• Active Secret Clearance and US citizenship required.
• Experience with TTWCS or similar weapon systems testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in labs and across builds.
• Document lab results and develop data extraction for verification.
• Modify hardware, simulators, and network configurations as needed.
• Create and review test procedures, and maintain TVMs and test plans.
• Communicate test summaries and defend data analyses at reviews.
