Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to test TTWCS software across configurations in a lab setting, onsite at King George, VA, with travel optional.

The role requires an active Secret Clearance and a STEM degree, plus experience with CBT&E and automated testing tools. You will document results, develop procedures, and collaborate across teams and government personnel to verify requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of science in STEM or military TTWCS operator experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required for access to classified information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in lab configurations and multiple builds.
• Document lab logs; modify hardware, simulators, and network setups.
• Analyze test output; develop data extraction and reduction for verification.
• Create/change test procedures and TVMs; peer review procedures.
• Generate test plans/reports; present results in technical reviews.
