Job summary

SimVentions in King George, VA, seeks a Weapon System Test Engineer to test TTWCS software in lab and field configurations. On-site at King George and customer site NSWC Dahlgren, travel exists but is not required. Active Secret Clearance and US citizenship are required for access to classified information.

You will document procedures, troubleshoot lab hardware and software, perform data analysis, and develop test plans and reports for multiple builds in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of science from an accredited university in STEM; or military operational experience as TTWCS Operator/ Maintenance Tech.
• Active Secret Clearance required; US citizenship required for access to classified information.
• Experience testing tactical weapon systems in lab environments and across builds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in lab configurations and across builds.
• Document lab findings in logs; modify hardware, simulators, and network configs.
• Analyze test data; develop data extraction and reduction for verification.
• Create CR/PR, verify software fixes, and update test procedures.
• Develop Test Verification Matrices and generate test plans/reports.
