Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to conduct testing of TTWCS software in King George, VA, and at customer sites. The role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance, lab-based testing across configurations, and collaboration with government personnel.

The ideal candidate has TTWCS operations experience or related military background, plus proficiency with CBT&E and automated testing tools. Travel is possible but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of science in STEM or military TTWCS experience as required or preferred.
• Active Secret Clearance required for the role.
• Experience with test and evaluation processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in lab settings across configurations and builds.
• Document lab results and maintain logs; troubleshoot hardware, simulators, and networks.
• Develop and verify test procedures, TVMs, plans and reports; perform data analysis.
